Shipping and delivery

We offer free standard shipping to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC.

We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delays

Delivery dates are estimates. Carrier delays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, contact us at support@aborderproducts.com and we will help review the shipment.

Returns

We offer 30-day returns with free return shipping for eligible orders within the contiguous United States.
