Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Aborder Products Inc. If something is not right, we want to sort it out.
Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, including the original packaging. There is no restocking fee.
To start a return, email support@aborderproducts.com with your order number.
Items we cannot accept
Clearance items, custom products and anything marked final sale cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns sent from outside the United States.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we will let you know whether it has been approved. If approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post it, which is outside our control.
Exchanges
We replace items only when they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. If you simply want something different, return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Tell us within 7 days of delivery. Email support@aborderproducts.com with your order number and clear photos of the problem, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
Return shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. In those cases we cover the cost and send you a prepaid label. The original delivery charge is refunded only when the return is our error.
Cancelling an order
We pack orders within 1 to 3 business days. If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible with your order number and we will do what we can. Once an order has shipped it must be handled as a return.
Packages marked delivered
If tracking shows your order as delivered and you have not received it, contact us and we will refund the order.
Billing
Charges appear on your statement as ABORDER PRODUCTS INC. If you do not recognise a charge or have a problem with an order, please contact us before disputing it with your bank — we can almost always resolve it faster than a dispute, which can take up to 90 days.
