FAQs
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Most orders arrive within 4 to 10 business days in the US. That is 1–3 business days for us to pick and pack your order, then 3–7 business days in transit. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. There is no restocking fee. Clearance items, custom products and anything marked final sale cannot be returned. Email support@aborderproducts.com to start a return. We swap items only when they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect — otherwise we refund you and you are welcome to place a new order.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery. Email support@aborderproducts.com with your order number and clear photos of the problem, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. We cover the return shipping when something arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
My tracking says delivered but I never got it. What now?
Contact us and we will make it right. Email support@aborderproducts.com with your order number and we will refund the order.
Can I cancel my order?
Possibly — we pack orders within 1 to 3 business days, so it depends how far along yours is. Email support@aborderproducts.com as soon as you can with your order number and we will do what we can. Once an order has shipped it has to be handled as a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
You do, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect — in those cases we cover it and send you a prepaid label. The original delivery charge is refunded only when the return is our mistake.
Do you accept returns from outside the US?
Not at the moment. We ship internationally, but returns are only accepted from addresses within the United States. Any customs fees or duties on an international order are the customer’s responsibility.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Popular items are restocked when inventory becomes available. Subscribe to our newsletter to receive updates about restocks and new arrivals.
Do any products require assembly?
Some products may require simple setup or installation. Please check the product description and follow the instructions included with the item. We do not provide assembly or installation services.
